Last year, Ingrid Thompson presented on the topic of 'Using Your Voice for the Best Effect' when dealing with customers and prospects.

As an extension of that talk and recapping the points, Ingrid will present on the complementary listening skills to support using your voice.

The talk will cover such things as 
o   Levels of listening
o   Deep listening
o   Live listening
o   Better listening
all of which will help you find the right voice when speaking with the customer or prospect.   

i.e. by listening properly, you acquire the ability to develop the correct voice for the customer situations you encounter.  Which in turn will improve your interaction with the customer and result in better business outcomes.
